1、 If you want to build or rebuild incubation hall, please contact with us firstly. We have the experience of building incubation hall which is suitable for our incubator, not only saving investment but also gaining good effect in succeeding use.

2、 The choice of the equipment can be decided by your incubation type and amount. In general, if the capacity are above 25200 eggs, you can choose large-scale machine to incubate eggs in constant temperature condition and in batch. Otherwises, you can choose middle and small-scale machines if the capacity are not more than 19200 eggs.

3、 If you choose our products, we will take out automobile and train transportation for free (the buyer will pay for the freight). If the delay of delivering goods caused by a special reason, I ask you to be understanding, and to solve problem with us. Please contact with us as soon as possible if the goods is lost or damaged, we are responsible for maintenance. If the goods carried by yourself is damaged in transit, you will be charged for maintenance.

4、 We will make door-to-door guide, installation and adjustment for you for free. The buyer should be installed and adjusted under the guide of our technician, and is responsible for the room and board for our technician. Don’t install equipment by yourself, so as not to cause the damage of the equipment. If the customer move the house in the future, we will give you some help and charge moving expenses which is 3-5% of equipment price. (depending on the distance of the remove)

5、 We offer free training for operator. You can send operator study in our company within half a month before the delivery, or can study when our technician install machine in your company, to make sure that customer can operate and maintain machine normally.

6、 When using incubator in the areas of unstable voltage, we suggest that you can equip a 500W/220V stabilized voltage power supply specially used for incubator, to ensure that control system work properly, please don’t use common stabilized voltage power supply.

7、 The equipment is guaranteed for one year, with a lifetime service guarantee. During the guaranty, if the damage of machine and electric appliance is made under the normal working condition, we will maintain and change it for free, except glassware, plastics and rubber products, surface fracture and scraped paint.

8、 There have a certain amount of fittings accompanying with the machine before the delivery. If the customer need to buy other fittings or increase the quantity, we will give you the best price.

9、 We also can rebuild the old style incubators for customers, to make new control system on the old ones.
